Winning a battle, Losing the war.

S1 Clique outing involved lunch and a floaty walk down Orchard Road, accompanied with Mad's constant teasing of my (lack of)height, Emil's giggling, Sya's dreamy voice and Far's chuckles stemming from her amazement and doubt upon hearing I play basketball. That aside, nothing has changed. Our meet-up to reminisce, joke about how bullying(eventually, chasing away)the Emath relief and infuriating the Amath teacher felt like home, just as much as Crescent will always be.

Clockwise from left: Syafeeqah, Me, Madeleine , Ain, Farhana, Emil :)

Saturday evening was spent at Aston's for Mr Kuek's birthday. Dinner was superb, the very very vital essence which was to catch up was captured. Along with Selwyn, it just felt good having their nonsense surrounding me.
Happy 17th Alvin, my favourite chipmunk!:) Japan again, in the future? Our parents could arrange ;)

Over to Timo's house on Friday for our yearly Pri school gathering. Victor totally wow-ed us with his accurate recital of the entire register, 1 to 38, Still my favourite boy! That aside, having almost the whole Catching group present pretty much fills up for all the time we've lost together as screaming 11/12 year olds in Nanyang.

Please Ocean Cloud, Let there be no storm on the crossing below.

Wednesday, December 17

Holaa~ Hope everyone's been great:) 1 more month before B for Bloody school reopens, another week to Christmas; bright lights, certainly less presents, higher food consumption, and more (usually)unfulfilled resolutions(on my part, actually). Days are actually pretty routinal, taking it's usual course of the L Word(being to watch it on my own home screen without Any interruption totally rocks my boat), Movies, Shared Meals, Window Shopping, Aimless Walking, not forgetting my favourite Sleep-Ins, and the L Word. Hahaha, I'm almost broke, meaning it's time to draw my purse strings tightER before Mummy decides to cut my finances or something. Meanwhile, I'll just try to occupy myself with possibly more meaningful activities. I'm up for dates, ok?:)

Hongkong was fantastic, yes, like I always say, all thanks to my AAAAAstarAmazing bunch of friends. The weather was cold but the warmth back in the house seeps right into our toes, travels upwards and blankets our hearts. Yeah, I know it's damn cheesy but I like us this way~ The girls were lovable, the boys were crazy, Mickey gets annoying at times, my lips were peeling, my skin was dry(now there're rashes) but let me tell you, I'd willingly trade probably half a year of my lifespan for another 10days with everyone abroad again. I returned to Singapore with proclamations of love for all my friends, I'v never felt that life would be this good. Well, it's a monthly thing whereby my emotions flow this uncontrollably and words that roll off my tongue or I type actually borders on the edge of exaggeration, but it's okay cos' I mean them right down to every alphabet.

Long due: Some outing the team had + my beloved DongDong's birthday party. My friends are SO CUTEZXZXZXZX :D

Salutes to the Birthday Girl:)

This is how we love you.

Vice Cap loves you! <3

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DADDY, Love You plentyplenty:) XOXO!!

Haha, too many cameras, we don't know where to look.

Uncle Bernard's and my Family in their Beijing home.

It's my last night here in Beijing and all of a sudden, everything feels so much better. You know, how we always lament to the ends of the world about something, but at the end of it all, we can't help but ask for that little bit more time? Haha, no wait, I still want Very Much to fly back to Singapore, but when I'm with Darren and Demmi, the 3 of us can gossip and bullshit like we invented these activites. Darren schools in Singapore, so he'll fly back with us tomorrow. I'll have to wait till Chinese New Year before Demmi and her parents go back to visit, that's all. But yes, being in the house and fooling around with my cousins beats being exposed to the chilly winds outdoors, hands down bottoms up. 8)

COOKIE! He'd so enjoy an icecream cos I'v discovered how much he loves licking cold things Specifically, my freezing fingers and toes. He is sucha baby, I'd love to bring him home but nope, I'm waiting for my own pet(s)! :) plus he'll probably be smothered by Mom's hugs+my kisses = Our affection.

That aside, the 2Days-1Night trip to XiAn in between the entire Beijing trip was unbearable. Basically, I can't stand the cold, it kills me like how Daddy used to electrocute houseflies with this buzzing swatter. I don't really have much to say, but you can roughly make out how the negative temperature and bitter winds are getting past my 3layers of clothing to me. I was like, really grouchy the entire time.

Actually, see? you can't even see me. HAHAHA, my face is just like (-.-) anyway.
I'll be touching down in Singapore an hour or so before midnight, which means I'll be in time for ANTM!:D I figured I'm gonna be kinda busy over the weekends helping Mummy unpack, then packing for the HK trip. I think I'v got the sweetest bunch of friends who never fail to tell me how much they miss me and I'd so love to string them all up to wear around my neck. I know, I know, I was whining about how horrid it was to be far from home, but all in all, a holiday with your very own family is too precious to miss.

Greetings from Singapore:) I'm sure all my feline friends missed me.
